Caller-activated by touch of the button on the device or remotely from any phone in the house

LED indicates unit is active

Line is held live (holdback® status)

Plays continuous message: "Please stay on the line and press 1 to alert your caller that you are now available"

Caller can now hang up the phone and handle other matters while waiting to be alerted to presence of a live agent

Live agent answers and presses "1" key. Agent hears new message: "We will be with you shortly"

HOLDBUSTER® alerts caller by beeping

Caller simply picks up their phone and begins discussion with agent. HOLDBACK® automatically de-activates

THE HOLDBUSTER® ON-HOLD MONITOR

If you're put on hold, simply activate the HOLDBUSTER® ON-HOLD MONITOR and hang up. You'll be alerted once the live agent answers your call.
